At Badali Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted pieces. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-custom jewelry items.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Securely
Place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to ensure the items are protected from damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our studio in Layton, Utah.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item for quality and wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
